Many of the reports below follow the recommended practice for the publication of information by parish councils with a gross annual income or expenditure (whichever is the higher) exceeding £200,000, and all form part of our regular reporting process to Full Council.

Local Councils in England are now required to supply information on expenditure over £500 as is required by the Local Government Transparency Code (Part 2).
Financial reports submitted to the Finance and Audit Committee contain this detail and can be viewed in the Council Document Library.
ANNUAL RETURN and the END OF YEAR PROCESS
Local Councils in England with an annual turnover of £6.5million or less must complete an annual return summarising their activities at the end of each financial year. A copy of the current Annual Return can be found in the Key Documents section of our website.

Matlock Town Council can offer Community Grants of up to £500 to help local people run projects that are for the benefit of the people of Matlock.
If you would like to apply for a Community Grant that will be of benefit to those within the Town, please print, complete and return the Community Grant Form (found in the Key Documents section) to us. Please note: we cannot give grants to individuals, profit making or commercial organisations. The form contains all the information you may require to apply, however please contact us if you require any further assistance.
