Post-Natal Yoga with Jane Collins
Gentle yoga classes, with your baby at your side, involving one hour of specially adapted yoga, including a relaxtion session, followed by half an hour of tea and time to get to know other mums. The yoga is designed to help you begin to regain fitness, strengthen your pelvicfloor muscles, and realign your spine. Also to help you say calm and focused for your mtherhood. The classes are informal and mother's can feel comfortable feeding or comforting their babies at any point during the sessions. Suitable from 6 weeks post birth.
