Having known Hearthstone farm and having bought their own wonderful farm reared meat products for the last 4 years, I was horrified to hear that they were to close. The quality and taste of their pork products was so good and combined with my butchery background, it was an easy step to agree to pick up the business from where they left off. A bit like the Remmington advert - " I liked the product so much I decided to buy the company!"

I feel passionate about the quality of locally sourced, happy, outdoor reared pigs as they are the essential ingredient needed to create sausage and bacon products with the traditional taste and flavour.
